These General Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between JIFFY STEAMER SLU and the user or client, in accordance with the legal provisions, in particular, the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce in Spain (LSSICE), the Retail Trade Regulation Law, and the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD).
The descriptions, illustrations and/or photographs of the products offered on this website are intended to provide a general idea of the products and none of them will form part of the sales contract between JIFFY STEAMER SLU and the user or customer.
Prices
The final prices of the products are those listed on our website. www.jiffysteamer-spain.com at the time of placing the order.
The prices shown are in euros and do not include delivery and shipping costs. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are included in the invoice under "shipping costs." These costs are calculated upon order confirmation based on the destination and weight.
In the event that an order generates several deliveries, attributable to JIFFY STEAMER SLU, only the cost corresponding to the first shipment will be billed.

Right of withdrawal and claims

The customer must return the material to JIFFY STEAMER SLU. postage paid, once the material has been received and its condition checked, JIFFY STEAMER SLU will pay the amount of the material to the customer.
During the return process, the customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the product(s).
Warranty and returns
JIFFY STEAMER SLU guarantees that it will replace, repair or refund, at its discretion, the products supplied by JIFFY STEAMER SLU in which, under proper use, malfunctions appear, and always subject to a written return request addressed to JIFFY STEAMER SLU within 3 years of shipment, or within the period that JIFFY STEAMER SLU may indicate from time to time for certain products.
JIFFY STEAMER SLU's acceptance of the return of products will be subject to the products or parts to which the return refers being returned to JIFFY STEAMER SLU within said period, appropriately packaged, to the address that JIFFY STEAMER SLU has notified the customer in writing.
The customer must always request a return number from JIFFY STEAMER SLU, which must appear on the label of the package to be returned. Whatever the reason for the return, the product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and condition. JIFFY STEAMER SLU staff will inform the customer of the procedure to follow to process their return. The shipping costs for said return will be borne by the customer. In the case of a return due to withdrawal, the customer must return the product(s) within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the material, taking charge of both the shipping and return shipping costs.

Sending to technical service while under warranty
If your machine is broken or if you have any technical problems while it's under warranty, please contact us using the contact form. Let us know the problem. through our form, sending a copy of the Jiffy Steamer invoice, along with photographs of your steamer, including a photo of the serial number plate and model. A qualified Jiffy Steamer customer service representative will contact you.
The warranty is limited to three years from the date of original purchase. If your Jiffy Steamer requires repair service, please contact us using the contact form and send us a copy of your original Jiffy Steamer purchase invoice, along with photographs of the Jiffy Steamer unit with the serial and model number plate. This warranty does not include shipping costs to the technical service, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs by means of deposit into account or bank transfer, for shipping costs within the peninsula, please contact us by sending a query through our the contact formFor shipping costs outside the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please contact us by sending a query asking for shipping costs using the contact form. When the machine is covered by the guarantee you will receive a repair estimate, which will have to pay only the shipping costs, when the machine is not under warranty you will receive the repair estimate with the part to be replaced plus shipping costs, which You will have to make the payment by transfer or bank account and we will send our MRW transport service to pick up your machine, which will have to be well packed in its original box, if you do not have its original box, send us in a box of Cardboard your steam unit well packed and protected, to avoid possible damage and breakage of your unit. If your machine is poorly packed and has not been well protected, Jiffy Steamer will not be responsible for any possible damage that may be suffered in the shipment to our technical service.
