Order processing
Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed.
The availability of the products offered by JIFFY STEAMER SLU, may vary depending on demand. Although JIFFY STEAMER SLU. updates its stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time, in which case, it will be the customer's discretion to choose the most appropriate solution, which may include holding the order until it is completed, partial shipment of the order, partial payment, or full payment.
In the event of non-fulfillment due to unavailability, the customer will receive an email indicating the reason, the different options, and the approximate delivery time for their order.
In case of lack of availability, JIFFY STEAMER SLU may supply, without increasing the price, a product with similar characteristics, which has the same or higher quality.
Because JIFFY STEAMER SLU Nacex works with different transport companies. NACEX and Correos de España are the transport companies for Spain, and for shipments to Europe, Nacex uses DHL as the transport agency for shipments directly from the US. There is a possibility that the same order may be divided into several deliveries. In cases where this circumstance arises, the customer will be kept promptly informed. Once the order is ready for shipment, JIFFY STEAMER SLU. will notify the customer by email that their order is ready for shipping.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are included in the invoice under "postage and handling." These costs are calculated upon order confirmation based on the destination and weight.
In the event that an order generates several deliveries, attributable to JIFFY STEAMER, SLU, the corresponding cost will be invoiced for all shipments.
IMPORTANT: For shipments to European countries, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, whether by air or sea, customs fees and/or tariffs may apply, which will be borne by the buyer.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Product delivery
JIFFY STEAMER SLU undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer in the order, which in any case must be within the delivery area of JIFFY STEAMER SLU,. specified on the website. In order to optimize delivery, we ask that the Customer provide an address where the order can be delivered during the courier services' normal business hours.
JIFFY STEAMER SLU. will not be liable for errors in delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer on the order form is incorrect or has been omitted. Shipping and/or handling costs are not included in the product price. Once the product is in the cart and you complete the shipping address, the cost will be calculated based on the shipping address for each order.
THE CUSTOMER MUST INSPECT THE PRODUCTS as soon as possible within reasonable limits after delivery and, in the event of observing any defect in the products or in the event of any other incident related to delivery, including incomplete, incorrect or non-delivery of one or more products contained in the order, you must notify it in the most detailed manner to the email address info@jiffysteamer.2grow.ad within a period not exceeding 7 days following receipt.
If the customer does not give such notification, it will be definitively assumed that the products are, in all respects, in accordance with the contract and free from any defects that would be evident on reasonable examination, and accordingly, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the products.
THE CUSTOMER MUST REJECT PACKAGES THAT ARE DELIVERED DAMAGED.
Under no circumstances, JIFFY STEAMER SLU shall be obliged to compensate the customer for any non-delivery or delay in delivery of all or part of the products for whatever reason, or for any consequential or other loss arising from the non-delivery or delay in delivery.
Delivery Time
Products that are generally found in our central warehouses and delivery will be made the next business day (24h or 48h depending on the destination area) for all products in stock, as long as they are made before 1pm the day before.
For orders directly from the US, shipping will be via DHL Express. The estimated minimum delivery time is 7 business days in Spain. For other European countries, the minimum delivery time is 15 business days.
In the case of bank transfer, the delivery time is from the validation of payment.
For orders containing multiple items, you may receive your order in multiple shipments, always as quickly as possible.
Delivery service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, and is counted as non-business days.
Delivery Data, Undelivered Deliveries and Loss
In the same email in which the Customer is informed that the product has left the warehouses of JIFFY STEAMER SLU The shipping number and customer service number of the transport company responsible for the delivery are provided, so that, in the event of any delivery incident, the Customer can contact them to resolve it.
JIFFY STEAMER SLU is not responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by the customer entering incorrect information into the delivery address at the time of purchase.
If the Customer is not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed with arranging a redelivery. The Customer will then contact the courier.
Diligence in Delivery
IMPORTANT: If the customer detects any anomaly in the packaging, it is advisable to indicate it on the carrier's delivery note. If, after inspecting the product, the customer detects any incidents such as dents, breakage, signs of having been opened, or any damage caused during shipping, the customer must notify our Customer Service as soon as possible after receiving it by email. info@jiffysteamer.2grow.ad for evaluation and prompt resolution.
